These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and phl333 ("phl333," "the Platform," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at phl333.club.

By creating an account on phl333, accessing the platform, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion offered through phl333, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional rules published in the phl333 Promotions section.

Players are solely responsible for:

phl333 reserves the right to request additional identity documentation at any time, including during the KYC process and in connection with large withdrawals or unusual account activity. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until compliance is achieved.

All transactions on phl333 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phl333 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, 7-Eleven, Coins.ph, and USDT. Accepted payment methods may change from time to time; the current list is displayed in the Deposit section of your account dashboard.

Deposits: Deposit transactions are subject to minimum and maximum amounts as displayed in the platform. phl333 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — all deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in the Player's own name. GCash and Maya deposits typically reflect in the Player's phl333 balance within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business hour to reflect.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to:

• Completion of KYC verification, which must be completed before the first withdrawal from any phl333 account.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts as specified in the platform's Withdrawal section.
• Daily and monthly withdrawal limits applicable to the Player's current VIP tier.
• Completion of applicable bonus rollover requirements for any bonus funds in the account balance.
• Withdrawal processing within phl333's stated timeframes, which vary by VIP tier and payment method.

phl333 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests that are unusually large, originate from accounts that have not previously transacted, or are associated with patterns that trigger phl333's internal anti-money laundering protocols. Processing of such withdrawals may be delayed pending completion of the relevant checks.

All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published for each individual promotion:

• Rollover Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "rollover" or "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings or bonus balance may be withdrawn. The rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated at the time the bonus is offered.
• Game Contribution: Different game types contribute differently toward rollover completion. Accounts found to engage in bonus abuse will have bonuses voided and may be suspended.

phl333 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with or without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players through the platform's notification system where practically possible.

All games available on the phl333 platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are based on audited long-run statistical outcomes. Individual session outcomes will naturally deviate from published RTP figures.

In the event of a game error, malfunction, or connectivity interruption that results in a bet being placed but the game not completing, phl333 will, to the extent technically determinable, restore the game state to the point immediately preceding the interrupted round and credit or void the bet accordingly. phl333's decisions in such matters are final.

Players acknowledge that:

phl333 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

All content on the phl333 platform — including but not limited to the phl333 brand name, logo, game designs (including Monster Dice and Double Fortune), website design, graphics, software, code, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of phl333 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phl333 platform solely for their personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any phl333 content.

Any unauthorized use of phl333's intellectual property may result in account closure and may expose the offending party to civil and criminal liability under Philippine intellectual property law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phl333 shall not be liable to Players for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from a Player's participation in games on the platform, including losses resulting from strategy, misunderstanding of game rules, or variance in game outcomes.
• Indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages of any kind arising from a Player's use of or inability to use the platform.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, network downtime, or force majeure events that temporarily prevent access to the platform or result in incomplete game rounds, provided that phl333 takes reasonable steps to restore service and restore affected bets.
• Actions taken by third-party payment processors, including delays in processing deposits or withdrawals that are attributable to the payment processor rather than phl333.

phl333's aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with any claim relating to these Terms or the Player's use of the platform shall not exceed the value of the Player's real-money account balance at the time the claim arises.

Termination by Player: Players may request account closure at any time by contacting phl333 live chat support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any real-money balance remaining in a Player's account at the time of closure (after deduction of any pending bonus rollover requirements) will be refunded to the Player's verified withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC requirements being met.

Termination by phl333: phl333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Engagement in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 9.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after request.
• Account inactivity exceeding 18 consecutive months (dormant account policy applies — see platform help section for details).
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or other legal requirement obligating phl333 to close the account.

Upon termination for breach, phl333 reserves the right to withhold any account balance pending investigation, and to forfeit bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play where a breach is confirmed.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising from or in connection with them or a Player's use of the phl333 platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms that cannot be resolved through phl333's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Players who access phl333 from outside the Philippines do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with the laws of their local jurisdiction. phl333 makes no representation that its services are lawful in jurisdictions other than the Philippines.

phl333 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phl333 will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
• Post a notification within the phl333 platform visible upon next login.
• Where practically possible, provide advance notice of significant changes via the platform's notification system.

A Player's continued use of the phl333 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Player does not accept the amended Terms, they must immediately cease using the platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

It is each Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. The version of these Terms published on the phl333 website at any given time is the current and binding version.
